We aim to ensure that customers fully comprehend the differences and benefits of each option, enabling them to make informed decisions. The typical solar financing options we offer include:
- Cash: With this option, customers fund the solar system entirely using available capital. Choosing the cash option maximizes the system’s return on investment potential and offers the advantage of immediate ownership.
- Loan: Customers have the option to borrow a portion or the entire required capital through a traditional business loan or using EME program through Unity Solar Group.
- PPA: In this arrangement, rather than owning the system directly, an investor owns the solar system hosted at the customer’s site. The customer pays to utilize the system and benefits from significant energy cost savings throughout the term of the agreement
