Under the lease option, Unity Solar Group becomes the owner of the solar system and assumes the responsibility for its maintenance and upkeep. In return, the customer pays a fixed monthly lease payment for the agreed-upon lease term, typically spanning 15 or 20 years.

The lease payment is designed to be at least 50% lower than the customer’s current electricity bill, ensuring immediate savings and alleviating financial strain. By opting for the lease option, income-eligible customers can experience the benefits of clean and renewable solar energy without the upfront costs typically associated with system ownership.

Throughout the lease term, Unity Solar Group remains responsible for the system’s maintenance and repairs, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient energy production for the customer.
